Eligibility for Returns:

Unused Products: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without this number.

Ship Back the Item: Securely package the item and send it back to the address provided in the RMA email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item. If it meets our return criteria, we will proceed with the refund.

Restocking Fee: For non-defective items, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
